Passionate about her profession, Sandrine has practiced her art for the last 25 years in Grandes Maisons, after being elected, in 1992, Best Cadet International at Domaine de la Romanée Conti.

Learn to taste secrets Introductory Wine Tasting

Sandrine invites you to learn how to taste wines and understand the basics of wine tasting, for those wishing to learn about oenology.

During 1 hour 30 minutes, you will learn to decipher a label, choose your tasting glass, understand oenological terms, and learn the first steps. A workshop on "recognizing aromas" will be offered: recognizing primary aromas will help unlock the hidden secrets of wines. You will conclude by putting what you have learned into practice with a tasting of four wines. This moment will be accompanied by appetizers.
