Open to the general public, or privatized, our tastings are limited to 12 participants per session, in order to preserve the intimacyand the convivialityof the moment.

Meet Sandrine Head Sommelier

Passionate about her profession, Sandrine has practiced her art for the last 25 years in Grandes Maisons, after being elected, in 1992, Best Cadet International at Domaine de la Romanée Conti.

Learn to taste secrets Discovery Tasting

Sandrine offers to learn how to taste wines and to understand the basics of tasting, for those wishing to learn about oenology.

For 2 hours, you will learn to decipher a label, choose your tasting glass, oenological terms and the first gestures. A “recognizing aromas” workshop will be offered: recognizing primary aromas will help unravel the hidden secrets of wines. You will end up putting into practice what you have learned, with the tasting of four wines. This moment will be accompanied by amuse-bouche.

Wines from our terroirs Terroir Tasting

Your sommelier invites you to discover the wine secrets of our terroirs on a selection of our regions and grape varieties.

For 3 hours, you will taste five wines from a particular terroir, or from the same grape variety. You will appreciate: the guided discovery of the different flavors and aromas, the history of the wines tasted, but also the accord of this selection with the ideal dishes. To complete the initiation, Sandrine will present the good gestures to adopt for the wine service (temperature, decanting, types of glasses, etc.) and oenological terms. This moment of conviviality will be enhanced with amuse-bouche from our terroirs.

Wines of the same theme Passion Tasting

Sandrine invites you to taste aselection of wine on a common theme. For 3 hours, and in a small group, you will taste five wines with one thing in common: White, Red, Bubbles, Liquoreux, etc.

During this tasting, you will enjoy the guided discovery of flavors and aromas, the history of the wines and their vineyard, as well as the pairing of this selection with the dishes. You will discover the good gestures to adopt when serving wine (temperature, decanting, types of glasses, etc.) and advanced oenological terms. The tasting will be accompanied by amuse-bouche.

Wines from great estates Prestige Tasting

Your sommeliere invites you to taste a selection of prestigious wines. For 3 hours, you will participate in the tasting of five Grands Crus wines, from big, prestigious names.

All along, you will enjoy the discovery of the different flavors and aromas, the history of the wines and their vineyards, but also the pairing < /strong>selection with the perfect dishes. Sandrine will present to you the good gestures to adopt for the wine service and the advanced oenological terms to complete your knowledge. The tasting will be accompanied by prestigious appetizers.

A fun and friendly moment Blind tasting

Sandrine offers you a fun tasting around wines that you will smelland taste, but that you will only see the end of the tasting.

During 3 hours, you will taste five surprise wines. You will enjoy the game of blind discovery of aromas, your participation in identifying alone or in a team the different characteristics, as well as the reward for the team having discovered the most wine secrets. At the end of this fun tasting, Sandrine will present the history of the wines tasted, their vineyards and the pairing of this selection with ideal dishes. To enhance this moment of conviviality, this blind tasting will be accompanied by amuse-bouche.
